Do you only have Openweb and that local only account?

I have a Telkom account and a Afrihost account. Fact is, it normally takes me 30 min tops of trying to re authenticate or a matter of having my port reset. After hours this becomes a problem. This is the worst it has been. I only ever switch when there are network issues!

Hey, anybody know if last night the internet died? Could not get onto PSN to game. Got DNS errors to PS3 error codes. Was frustrating. Just could not log in. IS and SAIX.

Nope, but accordong to this thread (http://psx-scene.com/forums/f6/psn-blocked-users-asked-update-70862/) Sony was doing maintenance so that is most likely why you couldn't get on.

Is that upgrade still going on? Any other problems on the network? Im unable to download a 3MB file using a download manager, the connection times out at about 2MB every time. Same problem with other HTTP downloads. Torrents going at about 2KB/s. Youtube movies doesnt start buffering, takes ages just to load the flash window thingy. HTTP maxing out at about 11KB/s

Line was synced. Lost connection at about 01h00 and only reconnected at about 04h30

What backbone are you on? VB? IS? Neology?

On Vodacom - It`s usually fast - probably a socket reset needed from Telkom
