Also check your gmail spam folder.. .might have been incorrectly flagged....
First thing I did and no luck. I phoned them a bit earlier and they phoned back now asking for my openweb username. Thing is, I don't have one as far as I can recall as applying for the special did not require it. Bit baffled.

Anybody else on a Gold account experiencing the odd slowdown after exactly 7:00am everyday for last 2 days?
Usenet going at 100KBs and http at 8KBs at the moment on my 4Mb line and GOLD account. This is not on, it's only the 2nd of the month. Maybe I should get off the IS backbone.
Got some really bad speeds tonight, Speed test...battling to connect![]()
