Hey Friends,

We are still working with the supplier to have this problem resolved.

Seems like a routing issue of sorts. I will keep this thread updated.

It's also a few other sites that won't work either, nntp is full speed but i would take half speed with working origin.

getting very poor speeds this morning, not sure if it's a telkom issue with everyone being down yesterday. (mine was going full speed)
 
My speed is fine.... on the sites that work. Thank goodness my FTP works :whew:

Engineers are still attending to the random loss of sites issue on VB.

What the beep is going on? Will this lift the speeds back up from good dia lup to bad adsl at least?
 
Ok, Minecraft.net works now. gsmarena.com is still unavailable. Still can't access mail.live.com...
 
MrBeep, thanks for the quick updates :)

Quick question, now that Telkom has starting offering Uncapped, will we see another option if we want to be on the SAIX backbone :D? I plan on staying with OW so not questioning that :).

@Killa, just saw Origin having an issue with special characters as passwords which i have used and recommend you change the password. Just a headsup :)

Dude you must either put in extra money for the openweb gold package or get mweb uncapped. Both will be very good but openweb gold is far better but it is 200 bucks more.

I am assuming you just want a 4 meg uncapped account right?

Thanks yuu i got no special characters luckily :D. Bf3 downloading woooohooooo, cannot play tonight as i am meeting the peeps at sizzler in northgate for our yearly bf get together but come sunday it's on!!!!! :D.
