Thanks for the exelent customers service MrBEEP, will be testing this new acount after work thanks alot.
 
On 1MB Gold Plus (IS) and I can't do %$#@ on it.
I can only surf local websites. yay
I tried to play some BF3 and that's a no go.
Internet been fine for over a month and now it's poked.
I have asked for a port reset and will see from there.
Working tonight and this weekend so I want to play BF3 NOW!

EDIT: I actually find it disgusting that I'm paying for a premium uncapped consumer product and can't even play a simple effing game. Do I need to get a unshaped capped account too just to play games. That will push my total internet cost near the R1000 mark, and it's only 1Meg. FFS.

Looking at the constant speed I get on this account, I think I'm on a 1MB account, paying for a 4MB account :mad:

I am running at full speed on my gold. Wouldnt exchange it for anything!

Another day, same pathetic results on my side, R738 down the drain this month.

Don't like it - don't read it - I'm paying R738 a month for this **** - and this is a FEEDBACK thread, not a "only paste good feedback thread".

fortunately at the end of October it'll be done.
 
You repeat the same thing over and over. Why not just paste one post with the speedtest and your comment. Then you post like twenty things and we have to scroll through to find the important stuff.

Bitch fight warning!!

Some more feedback - My speed has dropped slightly to 1.75Mbps on my 1Mbps Gold account. LOVE IT!!!!
 
New VB account and straight up over 300KB/s :rolleyes:

EDIT : I'm also logging a fault with Telkom, maybe they can assist, I can change my account every day for the rest of the month.

I cant access steam for some reason :(

Http seems fine, and speedtest is fine as well. But I can't get onto steam and some other stuff. Why are those ports (assumingly) being blocked? :///:(
 
Eish my 1Mb gold account has been crawling since last night. Battling to sustain a measly 25KB/s download.

Speedtest confirms there is an issue somewhere as my upload speed is almost double that of my download speed (http://www.speedtest.net/result/1522551873.png).

Will be mailing MrBeep. Usually he sorts me out pretty quick.
