Optimal, I also maxed out on 140kb/s before I left for work, but the websites that didn't load for me, loaded for a change. I really hope it's fixed by the time I get home, otherwise it will be time to send MrBEEPious another email.

I can not log into any secure site an the moment, not even WOW. I have a STD 1mb uncapped account....mmmm Was fine this morning. I'm know using WA to do banking and play some WOW.

Anyone else?

I would share my speed test with you, but my speeds are so crap, it won't even load. Isn't it fun living in the third world.

Storm approaches. Unplugging my adsl for good measure. Can't do anything with my line (again) anyways. Here's to hoping VB gets fixed soon....

Oh for service providers that are quicker to offer solutions than they are to take your money....damn Telkom....the slightest bit of rain and my internet goes to hell.

Hey All

Zero problems for me... still shunting along at full 384. This month again has been brilliant. Full speed every day, all day on the IS Gold backbone. Only a short hiccup with the SEACOM thing last week, but it resolved itself before the end of that day.

Zero complaints from me... happy as an MEC with sticky KFC fingers on a chartered plane! :)

My housemates report that, on average, Openweb Gold is much slower during the day than Mweb. Does anyone else find this to be true?

Considering switching back to Mweb if it is true that Openweb Gold is in fact worse.

After fiddling my speed has gone up from bytes to kbytes (60) - far cry from 4MB... and averaging bytes/hour is not cool on a R738/month 4MB account over the last 24 hours.

Managed a stunning 106 MB since 12am today.
