what network do you manage that has 50000 users?

Shame you will be making people think Openweb is not good when it's not the truth

If you know so much, why not setup your own Adsl network and let us try out your services? It sounds like you think you can do better!

On a more serious note, Openweb has given me another record weekend! I am getting more than what I am paying for!

We do have 50K+ users(some people know who I am and what I do, Multinational)! I know how baiting works.

international sites aren't opening, http downloads at lower than 2kbps. My VB account was fast until the password change on Friday, now its just so damn slow. I love openweb's customer service, but I just not getting any decent speeds now. Thinking of changing. Dialup was slow, but at least it was consistent. This is driving me NUTS!!!!!! Come on Openweb!!!!! Oh wait, I forgot, I seem to be wasting my breath. Good service is only as good as the result you get from it.

Trying to buffer a 1 minute video on youtube...it's just not happening. Why is everything so slow? If I switch to another account there is no problem.

If you're on VB, international is buggered, that's the reason for it. It's really up to poo the past 1.5 weeks :(
 
Thanks for the explanation guys. I hope seacom is restored to full capacity soon, Ive had more luck with IS than VB. :)
 
My VB Gold has been fine for the majority of the weekend, and is flying today too. *wee*

You know how baiting works, and we know how exaggeration works. Guess that makes us even then :)

All I am saying is that making threats on a public forum will not make your issues any better any quicker. Most of us have at some stage or another dealt with Mr Beep and know that he goes out of his way to assist people both on these forums and via email. Drop him a mail and he will more than likely come back with a response and solution within a couple of hours.
 
Hopefully this performance is down to Seacon or something. International is borked.
