Okay, I'm very strongly considering cancelling my OpenWeb account so that it only runs until end November. It's still performing wonderfully, but my flatmate is moving out end of November and if I pay for the entire thing myself I'll be broke every month, and when I go back to university, I can go on their network again.

What is the procedure for cancelling, and can one migrate an account like WebAfrica does, where another person takes over the contract? Otherwise what is the cutoff date for submitting a cancellation in time for it not to continue into December?
 
Suddenly this morning from 10 the VB account is performing much better. Totally weird behaviour. Just hope it stays like this.
 
It's weird, plagued with timeouts on VB, net slows way down, but when I restart my modem, I get a minute or two of speed, then it crawls again.
