Just wanted to give a shout out to MrBEEP for the great service he gives. OpenWeb didn't activate my 512K Uncapped account in time, so I was in contact with MrBEEP via e-mail after hours and he got it done within an hour!! Amazing Service!! I'm really happy I signed up with OpenWeb.

I agree! Always had excellent service from Openweb and their staff. Its really irritating seeing people dis them! No other ISP can compare to them in service and offerings. (that i know of). I've mailed Mr Beep LATE at night for some help and he's responded fairly quickly, like MINUTES later! Mr Beep and Friends are making ADSL SA a better place!

Mr Beep, just ignore the ignorant and keep doing what you're doing, still STREAKS ahead of the competition!

Well i've been on an uncapped openweb account since beginning of this month and I have to say that it's great not having to worry bout your usage anymore.
I'm sharing the connection with three other buddies that we corent with so all that each one of us is feeling is the R370 that each pays.

I've had one or two little problems but after phoning technical support it usually turns out that its my own nubbiness that entered into the equation.


Gr8 stuff MRBEEP.
Wish there were more ISP's like the following.

Openweb with their good products and gr8 representation on forums.
Cybersmart good cheap products.
Webafrica good products and good representation.
Axxess for being the ones that actually took the beast to court.
