Openweb vs WebAfrica

WebAfrica are poor, the last week or so of every month my speed slows to 30 kb/s odd even though I'm on a capped acct and never get near my cap. Very disappointing ISP, will move asap.

as long as you don't move to openweb... if you think WA are bad... you haven't seen the worst with openweb...
