Ummm so I just joined openweb and their website is down :( So I cant phone support to get my acc info and email takes longer :( I'm eager to get started!!!

Man thats lame :( Website was down so I didnt have number to phone, its up now - only phone in office hours blah blah blah. :(

I know I messed up sending the payment confirmation the first time, but I resent it in office hours and didnt get an account :(

Man , this is why I dont like the small isps, they seem to shut shop at 6 :(

I was hardcapped yesterday.

Today I emailed Mr Beep. Paid my bucks at the bank. Emailed confirmation & received new account details.

All within two hours. (or very close to)

This has always been my experience with Openweb.

dude they are one of the biggest, my emails always get answered very fast

Small as compared to mweb/telkom. I really dont like the fact that they shut up shop at 6. I've just ordered another 10gig account from Web Africa, lets see who responds first, whoever that is I will stick with them.

I have yes, or atleast standard bank said the email was sent , sent it to [email protected] as it was an online banking payment. Initially sent you a screenshot of confirmation but was told to fwd actual proof, this I from the standard bank internet website.

Ok Ok I take it back, openweb rules, Mr beep promptly rectified this and sent me my acc details and they beat WA , openweb 2 - web africa 0

i ordered my Web Africa account at 6:20 this morning.. and had it at 6:22 ... now that is class..
