Opticnetworks?

I am with them, big mistake . Buying cheap = buying expensive.

They are going off the Vuma network 31/05/2018 so everyone needs to change to another provider…

Yes, and Vumatel is sketching this as a very happy event, not mentioning anywhere that the client will be liable for paying a new connection fee at the new ISP.

Vumatel just says: “I empathise with you but OpticNetworks removal was based on a service delivery perspective which would in turn affect the end user.
Vumatel does charge the ISP a flat admin cost for any package loaded on our network. The ISP in turn seems to be incurring the cost onto the end user”

Oh, and save yourself a major headache and do not even try doing business with RocketNet!

Hi there skillet

May I please address your Issues on our network we have 1000’s of satisfied customers.

When tickets are logged they are generally resolved within a few hours.

Hi Ronald

If you are making use of “a few hours” as a method of measuring and analyzing your SLA’s then 300 hours is probably still within the acceptable timeframe?

Please refer to my response here should you wish to use this as a case study: https://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showth...on-Vumatel?p=21618643&viewfull=1#post21618643
