Orange Store: Can these guys be trusted?

I bought a Motorola Moto 4G as a replacement phone through them on 28th Jan 2016.
Phone arrived by courier at my door on 2nd Feb. No problems

I have visited their shop in Claremont and it looks fine but relatively no stock. I think their emphasis is on-line.

What's a booswigter?

bought a phone through them. No issues ... took some time to deliver but no hassles.

Ordered my phone from them, and picked it up from their Claremont store a couple days later, no issues at all. I do suspect though that if you need to return something, it's a bit more problematic in terms of time.

I think that should say enough about their trustworthiness:

(I actually never understood why they have a shop in SA)

Yes they can, I had dealings with them, the owner of the Cape Town store use to own a Nashua Mobile store, then he bought the Orange franchise store and opened here.

Not wanting to drop that amount if its a booswigter-store :erm: :D

They aren't bad. but just watch if you cancel the order. I cancelled an order in mid to late December. Come mid January and there was no reversal appearing on my credit card. I called them up and, despite them seeing it was cancelled, no one had put through a refund. :wtf: The refund finally appeared mid Feb! That is about 2 months after the initial order cancellation. :(

I've bought from them, and will do so again, for as long as our carriers do not stock Google Nexus devices (or as long as they are cheaper). Have not had any issues with Orange.

got 3 Nexus phones from them thus far. delivery time can be long as stock is often flown in from Europe

I bought my Samsung S5 Mini from them (no local provider had it anymore, a mere few month after it was introduced, all the cellular providers just sold the A3).

And I got a dashcam and mobile harddrive from them later, with my competition voucher.

Will buy from them again, cheaper than most of the other local providers.

I was one of the lucky competition voucher winners. Bought samsung ssd drive, Seagate Expansion 1TB USB 3.0 Portable 2.5 and 2 x 32gb flash drives and all work perfectly. Shipping took 5 days.

Hmmm, and you started a thread to find out what a simple google search could of told you in seconds...#lazymuch

As the other guy said use "could have"... do you actually say "could of " when speaking? Use a simple google search :p to determine if it is a valid way of writing "could have"

Thanks guys for the replies. its sometimes better to double check with the local community; lmgtfy isn't always correct.
