I bought my Lumia 1320 this month on the 4th (Friday), and had some proof of ID and debit card problems, but sorted on the 8th (Tuesday) and got my stuff on 14th (yesterday).
So I would say 5 days, considering.

I ordered on a Monday, Thursday I had my parcel....could follow my package online...

Ordered twice from them and both time took around 5 days.

I order last Monday, provided proof of delivery address (payslip) and then it sat in ready to ship status until Thursday when I clicked the Part Ship option. That is odd because they had everything on my order. Anyway, currently it shows :

Looks like it's still in customs at Kuip Town. Or it just hasn't been scanned since leaving there. When a package arrives on a Friday afternoon (or a weekend as in this case) they don't normally release it until the Monday. It's like it's a government department or something.

That doesn't explain why it's still there today, Wednesday though.

Call DHL customs.

Guys if you have any issues with clearance just phone DHL on 0119213600 and select option 3 for the customs clearance guys. It was the quickest option for me.

0119213600 called me and asked for my ID, so it seems they are fixing the situation.

Still nothing otday, called them up and they checked and said the ID I gave was not linked to the waybill so they will follow up with customs.

Have to admit at this point, Orange and DHL are the worst possible companies to deal with. Really ****.

Colleagues of mine had ordered previously. Both orders took around 3 days. Company has a dedicated customs clearance team,so this could be the reason its always been so quick

They make use of DHL, which I have now learned is operated by morons.

Edit : By being subtle yet demanding I told them they have until 4pm to get the parcel to me. Just called them again (twice cause they keep dropping calls) and they confirmed the parcel has been cleared and they will try to get it to me today.
