Congrats Guys. I believe anyone that enter should have a chance. There is some of us that has no time to spend the whole day on broadband and only come here to look for some useful info.

This has sweet fanny ****all to do with school, which I finished over 30 years ago.

This takes the competition to another level as the winning entry could be used as an article/opinion piece on MyBB. The limitation is imposed to prevent a thesis being presented as an entry.

I am of the opinion that only regular posters/contributors should be eligible to enter/win. You have lurkers that add absolutely no value and yet they can enter and win. That's an injustice towards the forum members that keep this site going on a daily basis.

It's cheating actually.

No, it's not. Many of my friends are members here and read virtually all the news articles on MyBB. The fact that they hardly post is of no consequence as nowhere in the rules is it a requirement that you must be a regular contributor, etc.

Well, that's why we've been saying the rules need a revisit and a realignment.

That's what we're trying to change, innit? Reading articles does not mean anything. Contributing to the site, does.
