Orion - USB Mobile Webcam installation

I managed to install the driver & software but when I reach the final step of the instruction manual, I receive the following message:

ERROR 800704501 CANNOT CREATE VIDEO CAPTURE FILTER.

Can one of the many clever guys out there, PLEASE advise me what to do?

I remember getting that same error. Did some digging and found out that it was not Vista-compatible which means Windows 7 is out as well.

It will only work on Windows XP.
