Most certainly, but it is gratifying to know that the main head has now been sent to Hell.

The same thing could have been said after Hitler died, but the Nazi party was never quite the same after that...;)

There is a major difference between al-Qaeda and Islam. Be fair! Yes members of al-Qaeda are Muslim but not all Muslims are members of al-Qaeda.
 
His death isn't actually good news since it will just lead to more terrorist attacks for "revenge".
 
His next planned attack was going to be in South Africa. How relieved I am he is dead now........

Agree. Now is the time for a major offensive against all known al-Qaeda operatives and hide-outs.

Uh, uh don't even go there. I never pointed fingers at Islam or Muslims! So before any of you get a giant knot in your panties and smack that report button on me again, read my post carefully. Under Al-Qaeda, Shariah Law is used to control and govern the people. I know you disagree Wayfarer, and that's where we will agree to disagree. Anyway I've said enough, this thread will just end in a tin foil fist fight and the usual suspects will derail it and eventually thread lock.

It will make a major difference, especially the morale in the west, the armed forces etc., and a negative effect on the enemy's morale and command. Today is a good day.

Good riddance, now if only Bush focussed on Pakistan instead of Iraq this could have probably been sorted out half a decade ago.
 
Since when are the Americans respectful of Islamic burial traditions,especially when the man they're burying was allegedly responsible for one of the largest terrorist attacks on US soil.
Bring it to the US and let everybody identify him.He's 'body' now lies now at the bottom of the ocean so we'll never know.
