I...............don't...........care...............the fact of it all is that his freedom was taken away from him yesterday. whether he is in the prison cells itself or the hospital side of it, the mere fact is that he is not able to do as he wants to anymore for whatever period of time this all takes. what you do not understand marine is that this WILL rehabilitate him for sure. having your every ounce of freedom taken away from you is terrible. yes he killed reeva etc and the court case has been done and it's all dusted now. but imagine for one millisecond that one day you are a free person and the next you are in prison. he has fallen and hard. he will never ever get the sponsors that he once had, that's a fact. this is not the tiger woods or lance Armstrong cases, these 2 did not kill people. Oscar killed a person and that has a mighty impact on him for the rest of his life.
one only has to look at the reaction world wide i.e. the Olympics committee announcing that he will not be allowed to compete for 5 years. but in saying that, what are the chances of him being able to get a visa for the next country that hosts the next Olympics? if you look at the criteria for the countries required for entering their domains, you will see that one cannot have a criminal history and if you do have a criminal history the country will not allow you into their land.
you need to take all this into consideration as well. Oscar i'm afraid is finished.
