Why do people get so caught up on the fact that he was being ''normal'' during the whole process? What did people want him to do? Hide away at home and mope? Slip into a deep depression? Seeking normality is often how people cope with a stressful situation.

You have never been in a situation of such deep imitations and such deep regret them I assume?
When you have made such a grave mistake ad he would want you to believe. You exercise restraint and you show remorse. He has done the exact opposite and this is an indication he has no remorse

Remorse and self-preservation are two different things.

Oscar may or may have not cared about Reeva, but he most certainly cared about where he may end up, no doubt about that.

Seeking an escape is not a new phenomenon to humans. Be it drugs, alcohol or just keeping yourself busy so your worries are momentarily put on ice or forgotten about.
 
OP probably though he would never see a jail cell. I mean he is famous and rich. And most people get away with murder oh wait he did.
The fact that he chatted uo some chock shortly after the death of Reeva says a lot about him

It's not the "normal" reaction you would expect from someone who presumably killed his true love by accident
You conveniently forget that OP is a depression sufferer....so no, you don't go shoot some pool and pick up babes after killing your girlfriend

Spend a whole weekend in jail feels like eternity. OP will break down after a week or 2 in jail and then his lawyers will file an appeal to get a ****ING LIGHTER SENTENCE. Mark my words. Bookmark this post.
 
I hope NPA will continue to ruin OP financially by appealing to have him reconvicted as a murderer.

the lawyer fees was something like 50 grand a day....so about 2.4 mil. Who knows if uncle helped to pay? I don't know....

All his properties were sold and he also must have had money stashed away. I read somewhere his contracts and brand were worth nearly 100 million. He surely must have had cash stashed away.
I dont believe he sold his house for need for cash but rather to show need and also I am sure he did not want to live there again

He had just purchased a McLaren, you don't go from having that kind of money to 0 in two years with such a short trial.

The cash has definitely been shifted around. I bet some of the overseas cash was kept overseas... now would be a very good time for SARS to have a peek at his portfolio.

Exactly, and we have sen what a slimy person he is. No ways is he broke. not by a long shot. Surprised the prosecution never investigated this
