Are/is those/that eggs/egg?

Unless I am drunk, that looks like scrambled eggs, not an omelette..
all pics and videos show them stirring it.
kinda weird but i suppose thats how you have to do it when the egg is 1 foot thick

As Geoff just said maybe it is 1 big scrambled egg that they cook and make it look like an omelette

which would be why I said no difference between scrambled and omelette, especially with ostrich egg which needs stuff added to it anyway.

100% agree yes legit
now why do people make it so difficult to make a brekkies?
If the omellette is more than 5cms high it needs a little stir

@Craig I'm interested to know how your ostrich egg breakfast turned out?

It turned out very well actually. It's tastes the same as a normal egg for me, just a slightly more creamy.

I remember playing around with old ostrich eggs. I used to drop them and they would not crack, but after a few months they DID crack when I played bouncyball... and man did they smell bad.
