Please advice on the following. If an OTP is signed by a potential buyer and the seller accepts but the estate agent did not provide the buyer with a final OTP signed by both parties is the OTP valid?

Most likely, but depends what stands on the offer. Was there an expiry date in the contract and what does that clause say?
