Out of bundle

Hi there,

I am considering moving over to Telkom Mobile SIM-SONKE. I am on prepaid and barely ever need to use a data bundle as I just use wifi most of the time. I am on Vodacom at the moment and if I get a small data bundle for what ever reason as soon as it is completed it just chows through my airtime. It eats the airtime faster than the SMS comes though saying the bundle is complete. As far as I am aware there is no way to disable this on Vodacom, but can you set this on Telkom mobile? I only want to use data if I have a data bundle applied. I do not want it to use my airtime.

Nope, as soon as your data's depleted it starts using your airtime.

When your data bundle is used up on Telkom prepaid, you are capped. It does not use your airtime

I think you log in on the Telkom website and specify what you would like to have happen.
