Outdoor (non usb) HSPA+/3G modem?

Where can I get the following?

I have very bad signal where I am staying, and I need to put something on the roof.
If it could be POE, it would be great. I do not need a WiFi device - I already have a great WiFi network.

I have only see things like this so far:

Could buy one of those sharelink jobbies,
Plug usb 3g into that, and work that way,

Only other alternative is external ariael and cables, most 3g got a socket for them.
