Outlook 2007 - Cannot start processing services

Hi

Using Windows XP
Office 2007
When my client opens Outlook, there is an error message in the taskbar. "Cannot start processing services".

After that, Outlook crashes.

Any ideas?

What's in the event log?

Created a new Windows profile. Copied over her data.
That worked.
