outlook express 6 font keeps changing...

hey peeps

i an issue and i dont know why, when sending or replying for forwarding to emails using outlook express 6 the font all of a sudden changes to another font and its an issue because the emails are going to clients and the boss is complaining , i have checked that the default email format is html and that Internet Explorer Properties > General Tab > Accessibility and all formatting options are unticked, so i dont know why this is happening, can any one please assist ?

or should i go Tools - Options - Accessibility in Internet Explorer, and tick the field to ignore font sizes on webpages

I don't have OE in front of me but as AFAIK you ca set the default font for new & replying messages.
if that font is damaged OE will crash each time.
