Outlook Express

Good Morning Everybody,

Just a short question does any one know how to make a made up stationary into the default email on Outlook Express, I run two different businesses from the same office and every time I need to send an email I imediatly create new mail and then I get Blank I want to make this a bit easier.

Please help

Tools > Options > Compose

Create new if you want to use your company logo etc

ok I have already done this so Now i have the statioonary with my company details etc, now everytime I open a new email do i have to specifically select the stationary I want or can it be made into the default email

When you go into compose do you have a tick next to mail in the stationary section and does your stationary name appear in the box next to the tick. If not then do so and click apply. If the name is not there you may not have saved your stationary.

Use Microsoft Outlook (the more advanced version of Outlook) if you have that option, it's better, but in the sense that if your PC crashes and such, it'll repair your mailbox, so many people I know have lost their e-mails due to Outlook Express crashing and ya.

My stationary is in this block but there is no tick next to it How do I get a tick next to it,

And regarding the Outlook rather then Express I have tried not sure what the problem was but it kept hanging when I used it, I will however try again in the future

This is what mine looks like....

Choose the stationary you want. Tick the box next to mail by placing your mouse cursor over it and clicking the left button. Click apply, OK and it should use it every time.
