I Changed my gmail password and now I keep getting a request from Outlook for gmail POP3 password (which of course I've forgotten).any ideas how to locate or reset this password. Currently locked out of send/receive.

Yes I can. tried tried in outlook but no luck, still asks for password.Can I safely delete this POP3 account and create a new one?

When that popup block requesting password opens up, enter the new password and tick 'save password'

Gmail uses a different unique password for applications like Outlook. Think you change/update on Gmail security site. Support link below.

Then you must create a new app password for Outlook here > https://myaccount.google.com/apppasswords.

However this shouldn't have broken with a Gmail password change so it's a little strange. Maybe you revoked some access in the process?
