Outlook not printing Email header

Has anyone come across this and what is the solution. The machine has SP3 on OS and Office and I read about a patch that needs to be installed, but it says it has already been applied.

Yes its true that Outlook has in build option to print Outlook emails to PDF but here is no option to print email headers and attachments. I know about a reliable solution known as Outlook PST converter, its not free but after using this powerful application you can batch print Outlook emails to PDF with attachments, emails properties and header part of emails.

Note- Other conversion options you can achieve to convert PST to EML, MSG and VCF without Outlook
