This is basically the situation.

Our office has one email adress - [email protected]* on Outlook

Another employee wants, in another room (everyone on a simple LAN), wants email access in outlook also through [email protected] but through another outlook profile.

Is this possible? I know multiple outlook profiles can be done on the same computer but can nit be done on multiple computers?

Yes it can be done.

You must remember that one computer (the one that downloads the mail first) should be set to leave a copy on the server.

The second computer should be set to download all mail.

+1

Just make sure that when you collect mail the second PC doesn't do it first! Or set both to leave mail on the server and then manually delete mail each month on the mailbox.

Or just leave the mail on the server for a few days (7 to 10 should suffice).

Does the mail server not have imap? That would syncronise the emails between both pc's so that not only the incoming mail is shared, but sent items also.
