Outlook - Remove New Item Alerts

How does one remove the New Items Alert?

I have checked the checkbox in Outlook:

Any other options?

That's not a desktop alert, it's a message rules alert. Look in Tools > Rules and alerts or something like that.

Had a look there. No Alerts is setup.
