Family of mine got a gmail email.
But they work it to outlook.
Suddenly outlook wont rx or tx email.

I change some settings [account] then it send, but will not receive.
I did not try it in safe mode.

Must I not left outlook and install thunderbird?
They got kasperspy antivirus.

Google the correct settings for Gmail and the Outlook version and set it accordingly.

Had a similar issue a while back. It resolved spontaneously from one day to the next. Maybe GMail's POP3/IMAP and SMTP relay is down?

I found a setting saying change incoming mail to imap, currently pop3. Will try that 2morrow.

Download the gmail diagnostic tool from their help section,should help locate the issue

Check Gmail account settings (on Gmail) - POP must be enabled.
No POP = No TX/RX

Mail was going out.
Install thunderbird.
And everything work.
