Overcharging and the CPA

Nobody is calling you any names or swearing at you,you asked opinions,you were told. No reason to feel worse
 
What does it matter if you were overcharged? You consented to the fee. At no point did they say "our fee is costs of Rx plus profit of Ry."
School fees. But sure, ask for a breakdown if you want.

Nothing to do with you. You had no contract with the outsourced company. You're just bleating - you got a rough estimate, accepted it, got your item repaired. Time to shut up.

thats a tad catty. If you read up I acknowledged what you (others) said and that I have learnt. theres nothing more to say and if I could delete this thread then I would because I am such an idiot apparently for asking.
