Shortly before iOS 8.0 public release, I re-jailbroke my Vodacom iPhone 5s.
Wanting something original instead of (Vodacom's) default Voice greeting or my own, Siri now greets my missed callers! Here's how:

Wanting something original instead of (Vodacom's) default Voice greeting or my own, Siri now greets my missed callers! Here's how:
- On the iPhone, go into Voicemail and tap "Greeting".
- Record a few seconds of something and tap stop.
- Before you tap save, use CyberDuck/iExplorer etc to SFTP
- Navigate to /var/root/Library/Voicemail on your iPhone.
- You'll see a file called "Greeting. amr". This is the audio you just recorded.
- Delete this file and replace it with my custom Siri VoiceMail file also titled, "Greeting. amr" - per link
- Tap "Play" on the iPhone to verify the message greeting works.
- Tap "Save" and your custom Siri message will be uploaded to your cell providers (in my case, Vodacom's) servers
