OWA Issue

Can anyone please help me with an issue I have on OWA?

I can read messages fine, but when I try to reply or compose a new message then it does not show the field where you type the actual message. There is a red x in the top left corner.

Any advice?

Sounds like the popup window is being blocked. allow popups from your OWA address.

Exchange 2003 I am going to guess? Which browser are you using?

First thing you have to do is go to Options, download S/MIME control ... that SHOULD fix you problem. If after this you get an error when clicking on Send to send the e-mail, there is a patch they will need to load on the Exchange server

I also had the issue with the red x. Turns out that if you are using Internet Explorer 7 and presumably higher under Vista, this happens due to how iframes are handled. Microsoft have a patch available for Exchange 2003 for this issue.
