My Paradox Insite Gold app stopped getting notifications and the app says "cannot connect to Swan server" so I had a look in the panel box and the IP150 internet light is off. Have tried restarting the module (unplugging from panel), resetting the module using a pin (double press), switching to another ISP, another phone ... nothing works. Can get to the device over the LAN using the IP address (the browser finds it) but that's about it. Anyone had this before?
