I have two tm50 touch screen keypads. The problem im having is the keypad tends to freeze when going into bypass mode. The 1st keypad is only 3 meters away from panel. Im a qualified installer but this problem hasnt been resolved. We even changed equipment but still havent found what problem is? Hoping someone came across this issue!!
