Parents open case against school "bully"

Hopefully that bully will die from Stage 4 lung cancer before his 18th birthday.

Maybe you have, because you don't seem to grasp it.

What are we grasping at? Straws?
Or you seem to think that I condone him being beaten?
Or you're part of the PC crowd?
Or you have a tongue ring?
Just bear in mind that my comment was strictly about tongue rings in general before commenting further.

What I won't tolerate is a teacher being given a final written warning for assaulting a student, and then he still gets charged for not interfering when one student is being bullied. Exactly what do we want from him? Do we want him to stand up for the bullied students or not? If yes, then why are we charging him with assault? If we don't want him to stand up for bullied kids then why are we condemning him for continuing to do his work? It's tough being a teacher.

Why should the bully die?

You know why he is a bully? His parents, that's why.

Maybe his parents are abusive. Or distant. Maybe the only time he gets any attention is when he is in trouble. Maybe he is insecure about himself, because of his upbringing.

He made the choices himself, regardless of his upbringing. As a human you know what is right and what is wrong, and clearly abusing somebody physically is wrong unless you have a serious mental illness in which case should be put into psychiatric care. Just because he may have had a rough upbringing with next to useless parents, doesnt condone his behavior, and im sure he is old enough to understand that bit.

Charge as an adult, and put him into serious rehabilitation.

Death sentence is obviously a knee jerk emotional reaction to this and way to harsh a punishment.

Does it matter? Bullies dont need a reason other than a person being slightly smaller/inferior to themselves. Bullies have the problem with themselves, that is the reason why they do it.

I am the one who posted the video here. Just want to know.

It's not as simple as that.

I can guarantee you have done things you are not proud of either. That does no mean either you or this bully should be condemned to death.

He is a product of his upbringing, just like you are.

My son is 6 years old. Started school beginning of last year and was immediately exposed to bullies. One in particular: a fat little sh*t that loved to use his weight and size advantage. I showed my son a couple of "things". Also drilled into him never to bully or hit first, just to protect himself.

One incident later this kid didn't just stop bulling him, but also stopped bullying everybody else. My son had many new friends and even the teacher acknowledged this "result" with a knowing smile and wink when we saw each other the next day.

He is doing his second year of karate and is starting boxing lessons next year. I refuse to allow him to become a victim and a statistic.

You mean he defended other school kids who were bullied before?
Maybe I spell it out for you: He was found guilty of assault a pupil at another school. I don't see how you get from assau8t to defending other kids who were bullied.

I say it again, this is the fault of the liberal PC fked up bunch giving kids the right and freedom to do as they please and getting rid of corporal punishment.
No more discipline

IF he was found guilty of assault then surely you shouldn't expect him to defend bullied children then.

So you don't think its plausible that the perpetrator was acting on the instruction of the teacher?

No. The teacher did nothing to help the bullied child because he would have been charged with assault had he intervened. Remember that assault include a mere touching of another person without that person's consent, although necessity is justifiable in criminal cases.
