Hopefully that bully will die from Stage 4 lung cancer before his 18th birthday.

Maybe you have, because you don't seem to grasp it.

Whether he is a sissy or not, doesn't give any moron the right to bully him. Jeezus but people are idiots...I would have punched that teacher in the teeth (well not really).
I would have reported that stupid teacher until he/she lost her job.
Why should the bully die?
You know why he is a bully? His parents, that's why.
Maybe his parents are abusive. Or distant. Maybe the only time he gets any attention is when he is in trouble. Maybe he is insecure about himself, because of his upbringing.
So what was he being bullied for by the way?
Does it matter? Bullies dont need a reason other than a person being slightly smaller/inferior to themselves. Bullies have the problem with themselves, that is the reason why they do it.
He made the choices himself, regardless of his upbringing. As a human you know what is right and what is wrong, and clearly abusing somebody physically is wrong unless you have a serious mental illness in which case should be put into psychiatric care. Just because he may have had a rough upbringing with next to useless parents, doesnt condone his behavior, and im sure he is old enough to understand that bit.
Charge as an adult, and put him into serious rehabilitation.
Death sentence is obviously a knee jerk emotional reaction to this and way to harsh a punishment.
Johannesburg - The teacher who watched and did not intervene when a pupil attacked his classmate at a Vaal school has a pending assault cases against him and was once suspended for a similar charge.
The teacher isn't as innocent either: http://www.iol.co.za/news/crime-courts/teacher-in-bully-case-has-record-1.1872899#.VYKbRWdwgoM
Maybe I spell it out for you: He was found guilty of assault a pupil at another school. I don't see how you get from assau8t to defending other kids who were bullied. You mean he defended other school kids who were bullied before?

So you don't think its plausible that the perpetrator was acting on the instruction of the teacher?IF he was found guilty of assault then surely you shouldn't expect him to defend bullied children then.

What are we grasping at? Straws?
Or you seem to think that I condone him being beaten?
Or you're part of the PC crowd?
Or you have a tongue ring?
Just bear in mind that my comment was strictly about tongue rings in general before commenting further.
