Olympics commentator taken off air after inappropriate remark about female swimmers
An Olympics commentator has been taken off air by Eurosport after making an inappropriate comment about a group of female Australian swimmers.
This is what we like to refer to as an "own goal" by Eurosport. It's borderline the same as BBC sacking Clarkson. Bob Ballard is the voice of these events.

The only own goal here is by Bob Ballard. I doubt that many people besides yourself watch an event on Eurosport because of him. The key thing is which events Eurosports has secured rights for.Boom! Fired because "sexist"

Not sure we'll find more, maybe for eTV and eTV Extra as they stream on their eVod site (also buffering badly).
