Paris 2024 Olympics

Awesome battle in the Men's table tennis - Hong Kong vs Senegal decider!
Great crowd and great battle between the 2 athletes

I got half excited by the 7s, but the ridiculous opening ceremony and the Olympics heavy blocking any highlights have convinced my this is just not for me.
I'm thinking similar, seems more like a circus this year and I'm not sure a lot of SA interest left other than tonight's swimming. And finding info is like pulling teeth.

A South African (Alan Hatherly) is currently leading the men's mountain bike race

Djokovic and Nadal playing now.
It’s probably their last ever competitive match against each other.

seems like you need to register again ..even though i was registered before

I started on the website but then switched to just using vlc with the .m3u playlist another guy here made to stream directly without using the site, it's great. (Not sure what page it was, but if you don't find it I can post the contents of the file for you)

I remember him in the front group for most of the race in Tokyo 2020 as well but he lost a few places in the last couple of laps or so. Fingers crossed he can do better this year.

The leader just got a flat losing 24 seconds putting Hatherley in 2nd around 10 seconds behind the new leader.
I think the race is 1h30 min long and we around 40 minutes in.

Tomorrow we have a couple of rowers (Smith and Baxter) in the men's pair SFs (10:30am). Hopefully they move on to the final. I have a feeling there's another medal for SA there. :)

Yeah I'm nervous for Hatherly. Still 3 laps to go and some really big names and Tokyo medalists chasing him down.

Sadly I think it will be another repeat of 2020 for Hatherly :(

Looks like they will catch him as he is also losing time on the leader. It's crazy to think the guy Pidcock chasing him down had a flat tire and managed to recover.

Nah happens all the time, especially that far from the finish. Plus Pidcock is the defending champ.

Last lap now, Hatherly still hanging on in 3rd place just a few seconds ahead of 4th place rider :(
