I see there's a S. African in the rock/sport climbing today. Might check it out. Watched it last Olympics and it was pretty cool. 9:55am (channel 209 on dstv). Although that's also when the athletics start lol.
Also the track cycling starts today 5pm (ch 205 on dstv). Will also clash with the athletics tonight
And then of course the awesome kayak cross today from 3:20pm (ch 203).

heres my 2c
the reason why we are where we are now, is because we opened the door to women's boxing (and other combat sports) in the 1st place.
no one should hit a woman, not even other women.
Why do we need to see women hitting each other? its degenerate.
when caster hits another woman its ok because "hes a woman" ? no, just no.
edit: personally i do believe that women should be able to defend themselves. however men are the defenders of women, they always have and always will be. but for it to be an actual sport? NO.
