In the router's setup page check the snr (signal-to-noise-ratio). If it is around 6db it might disconnect from time to time as there is a lot of noise on the line which makes it more difficult for the modem to stay connected and it will disconnect from time to time when conditions change or there is interference on the line. Lowering the speed of the line will increase the snr and result in a more stable connection will less disconnects.
First thing I checked, SNR is over 12 so that isn't my issue. I'm really running out of things to try. Pretty sure it's exchange related in which case I'm screwed.
