Still the best game I've ever played. If only it hadn't been such a time-sink!
+1 I quit in 2008 and started playing again a couple of months ago, my friend got this invite special that took my character up to level 80 and gave it a mount. Been hooked through the Pandarian quests and just how the game has evolved in my absence.

I might come back for this patch.. still thinking about it.
Unsubbed in June cos of how dead my realm is (EU Dentarg alliance) got to the point where there were maybe 25 lvl 90's online at peak times..
I really can't be bothered to level all over again and not prepared to hop around paying the ridiculous realm transfer fee.
However they've now added cross realm arenas and arenas are basically what I really love about WoW .. soo theres hope for me yet.
I used to play on dentarg too, back in TBC when the alliance actually still had quite a few progressing guilds. For all it's problems on the Alliance side the community there was fantastic, e-drama, RP, fights on the realm forum etc.
I'm also thinking about giving it another shot.

Guild got 2/14 SoO Flex last night. Quite fun. Patch looking good, no more 5.3 boredom

Hehe sweet, thanks for SoR's. Just restored 2 of my original US wow accounts and found my first priest who still has the Benediction staff!
Just completed the Celestial Tournament - bit of a schlep to get it done - but I got my cub

Yeah for me as well. I ended up logging into DragonBlight & completing it there since the Tournament is account bound.
On the + side - there's lots of epic 496 drops to gear up our alts
