Pause service never work!

I paused my service in December but I got charged for January. This is unacceptable, why offer a feature that's broken.
 
A follow up. Today I decide to use my AH sim and it says I'm capped! I log into the clientzone and I still have enough bandwidth, I never even touch my 3gigs. I'm very disappointed in AH.

I'm currently not in a position to contact them directly. No landline and no way am I using a cellphone to phone support after the last time.
 
Ah, very smart. So you never thought of mailing support? So basically in the last 10 days you have done nothing about your problems and are waiting for AH to come to you?

Im being harsh I know, but you can't possibly expect a huge company to pick up on your problems if you are not using the correct channels.
 
Just PM Afroman, -guy or -girl or log into clientzone and open a support ticket!

Actually got through to support and had it sorted out but I'm not pleased with the current service from AH, I've been with them from the DSL days but it looks like they're going down hill.

You gave them a chance? Meaning they made an error and you were refunded? Is that what happened?

AH has thousands of customers, it's normal for people to have issues. As with any ISP there always be lots of complaints.

It's not capped! Just open a support ticket and they will refresh the account. Else if you feel so strongly just cancel the service!
use the correct channels and you will be helped. There are two simple ways!

PM an Afrihost rep
Open a support ticket in clientzone.

Mine showed capped twice in two days and in both cases it was resolved quickly by opening a support ticket, after hours nogal!

PS: Saw your last post to late. So just cancel then. Very easy and simple with Afrihost.

No I was not refunded, I wasn't even offered a refund with no data been used. I just paused the service for the month of February with the consultant on the line and made him confirm it on his side.

And when I have no means of using the support channels? Capped twice in two days and you accept service quality like that?

Did they confirm the account was paused from your side for the month of Decemeber?
 
No they had no record of it so this time I took a screenshot if something goes wrong

How are you able to track what users do on the site? Is it on a per click basis?
