PayPal question

I have a paypal account from a few years ago and my ABSA credit card is linked...I think I used it to pay for something, I cant even remember as it was a good few years ago.
Does that mean if someone sends me money via pay pal, I can transfer these funds to my credit card?
Or do I need to setup a FNB account?

The last time I tried, you need an FNB this was in 2022.

Rather use Wise - much faster and the fees are considerably lower, not to mention a better exchange rate....
