Paypal webpage not opening

Did some shopping & could not open Paypal webpage to complete payment.
Pinging domain failed. Changed to MTN to complete payment.
Anyone else have similar problems if not with paypal maybe some other site not opening with 8ta?

When this happened, were other websites also unavailable or was it just PayPal?

Only paypal when i checked.
Changed to google dns servers on router working fine now.
