The one you mentioned from Makro is what you want to get. Note that for an extra hundred bucks or so you can get a 100 or 120 litre one. But then if it's for cleaning small components then it would be fine. Rather go for a bigger one if you have the space though, as the one you listed, the 24l one in the link will decompress quickly when used and will have to switch on open to top up, annoying. We have a 120l in our workshop for cleaning out machines and a full tank of air lasts us almost the whole week. It's a good investment.
do you have to keep it "switched on" while using it or will it run as long as the tank is full?? cos if you have to keep it on, it will be rather noisy?
I found a small hand blower at the Hyperama at the Blue route around 6 months ago.
Its their in house 'pro tools' series blower.
Its around R120 and red in colour, and to be honest it isn't great quality but it works great for pc's.
Its strong but not overkill.
