Pc BSOD every now and then

I have this problem where my pc blue screen now and then.

Specs:

Q9450 @ 3.2GHz
4HDD with 2 externals
Geforce GTX280
MSI p45-platinum motherboard
Coller master sniper case


I checked in event viewer and found this error
"The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000124 (0x0000000000000000, 0xfffffa8004f54028, 0x00000000b2000040, 0x0000000000000800). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\Minidump\040911-24726-01.dmp. Report Id: 040911-24726-01."

2. Did a burn in test on all my hardware and it no errors was found.
3. PC is not overheating as my cpu is on 40C on idle and 50C on load. GPU is 45C idle and 55C load

I don't want to buy a new pc if I don't have to so please can someone help me with some tests. Also I'm downloading the debugging tools from micrososft so that I can read that dump file
 
win7 64bit also a fresh win7 is not an option
 
Update all the drivers, bios to latest version, make sure everything is seated correctly, try another PSU. :)
 
It's probably your RAM. Remove them, dust you RAM slots, replace. If that doesn't work, try new RAM.
 
I will do a memtest during the night or morning.

I agree. Its probably a hardware error. Tho I would make sure to reseat the ram, gfx card and the heatsink's where applicable before replacing anything. (be sure to replace the thermal paste on the cpu if you take that heatsink of).
Try and get an ubuntu disk and boot into that and test the ram from there. Then if re-installing 7 is really not an option then I would at the very least install it on a spare drive and see if the error repeats itself.

Also my pc is not overheating. I now set my vcore on 1.23V it was on 1.22V will see if it will blue screen again.

Funny thing my pc normally blue screen when just in windows. When i play games my pc is giving me BSOD. also my pc is using all my ram most of the time cause i'm running lots of apps. Please don't start telling me my memory should never be so high. I'm hosting some stuff aswell

disable automatic restart on system failure, then check exactly what the error displays and give a shout. :)
 
The Windows BSOD always gives the file name of the driver or application that caused the crash.

Wait for the BSOD to appear again and read the screen. (bottom of the page)
a file name and location will be shown plus memory addresses & useless information in a dumpfile (only useful to MS engineers)

The file name will give an indication (application of driver)
Google the "file name + address + error code" and 9 out of 10 times you can resolve the BSOD error without re-installing.

did that no error. O and my c drive is a SSD. PSU is a Corsair TX650W

Downloaded this app called bluescreenviewer that can view crash dumps and according to that the problem was with ntoskrnl.exe and address: ntoskrnl.exe+80640
