:p

Anyone can buy from them.

Service is okay, they fixed my Samsung DVD writer 3 times and replaced it twice without a hassel. But with the ram it was a different story.

I've used them for years. They're cheap and pretty good. Must admit: I haven't had much problem with anything I've bought so I wouldn't know about their after sales service :/

So anyone can register with them ?

How do you go about ordering items? Do you contact them and place an order ?

I bought a graphics card from them. Prompt delivery as it arrived the next day.

A few months later it broke, I sent it back but the card was "end of life". They gave me the option of a refund or credit - I took a refund and it was paid into my account that same week.

I'll buy from them again anytime.

Bought some items from them a couple of weeks ago. Was easy and hassle free, just phoned them and ordered. Prices are good and some of their stuff are even cheaper than rectron.

PC International is a computer hardware shop in Randburg. It's open to the public (anyone can buy from them). Their service is usually excellent, just don't expect a reply if you email them :p

Thanks for all the info

So I can either phone them to order or I can go their shop in Randburg ?

Sounds Good, would be nice though if they had an online shop.

miracles do happen

I've ordered a couple of mobo's,cpu's and gfx cards from them a few of months back. They've delivered it to me (Cape Town) in 3 days. R100 delivery charge which ain't bad.

Service was good but phone them, don't email.

Any ideas on why they would be telling me that they should be open at the moment and then putting the phone down?

If you're near Randburg I would recommend going over there. Otherwise there postal service seems excellent.

it is in the religion of the people. a lot of the people working there is from the south and they just worry about work and to get the work done

Bought a lot of stuff from them and they've always been very helpful and well priced. I tend to phone and not email though.

Personally I would never rate a business as having excellent service when they ignore customers.
