PC Link Computers: Legit?

I bought the Navage nose cleaner from these guys on the 10th of June. since today I haven't received my order or email updates from them whatsoever. their number is also switched off. I guess this is another scam artist group on the prowl...
A nose cleaner? As in a tissue?

I'm looking to buy pc parts for a pc I'm building, the parts include gigabyte product's, such as:
= Gb b550m gaming mobo
= Gb aorus rgb ram
= Gb aorus rgb ssd and
= Gb GTX 1660 super Gaming OC
Not sure if they are legit.

Here's a screenshot of the parts:

Yes they are legit, although I haven't bought any PC related stuff, I have bought a couple of solar and loadshedding stuff from them, good service so far.

Bought a case and headset from them this year. Not sure on customer service for problems but it's a legit site.

Thanks, I will see how much of the items will be in stock on Black Friday, so that I can order then, you see I have looked at other online pc stores like wootware, PC Express and Evetech, but none of them have the products I need.

Can confirm legit, as well as their sister site, always just confirm stock before ordering, and they'll be more than happy to assist.

Legit but seem to remember when I ordered a couple of years ago, having to wait a long time for the ordered item it arrive from the supplier.

FWIW:

I've moved them to the not-to-be-trusted status. My first two purchases were beautiful (pre-lockdown and still on the old website design). Excellent prices/service/etc.

During lockdown made two puchases. Buggerit! Most frustrating online experience ever. Managed to get through to Nico (after reading a pclink query on MyBB)... The only person who answered (email) queries. I believe he does not work there anymore :(

PCLink also used fastway couriers (one of the worst shipping companies in ZA) for my orders. They "lost" my parcel, and the replacement item I received was opened. Didn't even bother to take up the matter with the parties involved.

Dunno if they still use fastway.

I dont think I'll use them anytime soon, nor recommend them to anyone.

YMMV.

I will use them again if the price is right, but their service is not the best. Communication regarding delivery and tracking orders could be better, but they will not scam you.

I bought a R16K laptop from them that needed repairs under warranty through Rectron which was sorted out. So that's encouraging, and with another order they emailed me to inform me they are refunding me R120 as I was overcharged for shipping, which I was unaware of. So overall 7/10.

Their orders delivery/tracking needs a lot of work. They just don't tell you anything until you ask.

They are a bit slow. Last month I ordered a low profile Noctua AM4 cooler and they said to follow up if nothing shows up in 20 work days. Which is exactly what happened.

Now they say ETA is towards the end of the month. Vague and frustrating.

Since I placed my order, I have recieved the poorest communication ever. They don't have a telephone number that one can call to find out the progress of the delivery and they take days to answer any email, with the least of information.

I would not trust them to deliver Christmas stuff. Their Customer services sucks!!!

There needs to be an intermediary financial services company for online shopping to prevent these scammers.
When you wish to make a purchase, the intermediary holds the money for the Shop unitl they deliver. If they don't deliver, you are able to get your money back.
