PC Link Computers: Legit?

Couple of people in my office have bought their PC stuff from them.
Mixed results (site issues), but it is a legit shop.
 
Bought something from them a few months ago. You can pick up the order from the distributors warehouse e.g. Pinnacle, Mustek in Midrand yourself. Payment is via EFT but there is a wait until they confirm payment is legit.

Only issue I have with them so far is they don't provide invoices.

Bought a keyboard recently. No problem with keyboard or delivery, but they don't really communicate.
 
Some feed-back on an older thread: I bought an Epson L565 from PC Link Computers...great service, and really fast from order to deliver CT.

Epson: The payback promotion they ran...R 600 was paid into my account as per promotion.
Epson: I was making a mistake on registering for the 3 year extended warranty.........contacted Epson: great help in sorting, and even recieved a phone call to check all sorted!!

In the page footer it says: "Pclinkshop.com is a division of Pclinkshop.co.za .This website specialises in hard to find products."

I can't verify this as the domain has whois privacy, maybe just pop off an email to the PClink.co.za guys to make sure.
 
Send them an email this morning, they did not seemed to bother to respond, can anyone recommend a dealer that can get what they stock that is willing and wanting some business in jhb area ?
 
I purchased from them today, was skeptical from reviews here before but was incredibly attracted to the price of the pc case I wanted to buy (Thermaltake Core P3, everywhere sells for R2k+ but they had it at R1751), so I gave them a chance and I was able to collect today as well, which was very nice and quick. Will buy from them again.

Do they have an actual walk in store?
 
Nope, I ordered and was sent to collect at a place called TVR computers in Paulshof, but you can collect from their midrand office or get them to deliver to you.
 
Ordered some stuff, collected from their premises a day later. Small but slick operation
 
I bought from them a week or two ago - they have a few minor issues, nothing major. Bottom line item was delivered when they said it would be.
