PC Link Computers: Legit?

Stay as far away as humanly possible, and then add another 1500km distance between you and them. Yhis is probably the company with the absolute worst thing overall service on earth! I ordered a 128GB NVME for my tablet from them a while ago and getting feedback was like pulling teeth. So recently I got a Yoshiba Liberetto 50CT, and like many old laptops, the PCMCIA slot is the 16bit variety (otherwise it would have been the 32bit cardbus variety), and finding wifi adaptors for these are quite a challenge. So imagine my surprise when I search BidorBuy and found one! What I however did not take notice of, was that it was PC Link. Item was ordered at the beginning of December. In the meantime, complaints to BoB had resulted in mails from PC Link requesting my bank details for a refund. Apparently they are so backwards, they can only do refunds on Mondays, and even worse, they can only inform you of a problem if you complain first. Needless to say, it's almost a month now, no refund in sight, they are spending my money on Christmas lunch and I have to wait for January to either see another postponed refund or a surprise delivery of a pcmcia wifi card.

When you wish to make a purchase, the intermediary holds the money for the Shop unitl they deliver. If they don't deliver, you are able to get your money back.

Been waiting for my order since September 2020 - would love my money back!
 
It's my first buy from them, ordered an Inverter which was in stock.
Ordered it on Thursday and was delivered today.

Given, they are difficult to get a hold off via telephone but reply to emails pretty quick.

PC Link Computers | Smack talk

Ignoring communications seems to be standard with them. Been trying since Dec 1 just to get 1 damn invoice out of them. Sad to say, IMO they're worse than Evetech. HI Please advise on the order number so we can investigate. Regards Pc Link Team

Warning! Do not buy from them.
I placed and order over a month ago and paid in full and have not received the goods. They are not updating me with the status of the problem. Everytime that I send an email I get a response from Jaco that they are investigating. The phones go to an answering machine that says that they are working from home and that you have to send an email. I even requested my money back and no response.

They import the item for you so it will take a long time.

Why didn't you just buy it off amazon yourself? Link below is +- R2k

 
I bought a Samsung 970 Pro from them. What a pleasure. Great comms, mail responses, delivered quick. Amazing price! Spoke to Martin, good business. What else can I say? Will use them again.
 
An unreachable and dishonest company that does not honour orders or process refunds. Ordered and paid for a TP-LINK ARCHER AX50 on 27/11/2020 and an AX10 was shipped to me. It was immediately returned and PC Link has still not refunded the money 5 months later!
 
Terrible customer service, communication, and if there are any issues, they will not help to resolve.

!!!STAY Away!!!!

-I confirmed by mail if stock is available in shop and got confirmation that it is available. (NAS + 2x HHD)
-Placed order and paid 30min later.
-After numerous follow ups no response, about 2 week later I received a call saying sorry out of stock. Needed to place new order for similar product. Also informed that they sent 1 of the 2 items ordered and that they made a mistake on that as well and need to return it, ( I have not received anything by that time)
-When on the phone with me he phoned the supplier and curced at him and made inappropriate jokes because they dont have then NAS i ordered in stock (that they said on mail is in stock). Verry unprofessional
-Paid the extra money that was short on the new NAS
-Few days later parcel arrived with 4 hhd's i ordered only 2 - Nas never arrives.
-Flowed up by phone and mail and was promised a tracking number.
-More then a week later still cant get tracking number from them. At least i received my invoice today.
-Still no NAS

In short.
My experience was that it is a Unreliable, Unprofessional business that is run by incompetent persons and I would never again spend money on in their shop again.
